Leonard Machine Tool Systems has over 60 years of experience as a provider of precision machining and manufacturing services. We specialize in precision CNC machining of large components but are also skilled with smaller sized machining projects as well. With the ability to lift up to 40 tons, we are capable of machining parts up to 240″ long and 98″ high. We have 4-axis capabilities as well as in-house fixturing and tooling.

Projects we have provided machining services for include precision metal cutting and forming machines, and part handling systems, that include many types of weldments, frames, and castings. Working with a wide range of materials allows us to serve a large group of industries and to give our customers the one-on-one service and dedication and performance we are known for.
